Whats the deal?

I have not been able to download any new sounds. When I click on the option to do so it tells me to log-in but will not give me the option to do so. I have emailed the company twice with so success. It’s possible I’m doing something wrong but don’t know what. I also don’t have the settings option on the app. This app was downloaded to my Mac Book Pro and recently downloaded the HD updates.

I have this app on my Kindle HDX and have no problems downloading the new sounds when prompted.

I really like the sounds on this app. I have owned it for a long time. I would appreciate any assistance from anyone. Thank you.
